KELSEY MACKENZIE

Born and raised right here on the East Coast - Kelsey has spent over 10 years working in the hospitality industry in Nova Scotia. Working anywhere from chain restaurants to casual fine dining, Kelsey fell in love with every aspect of the Food & Beverage industry. Kelsey specializes in event management, concept development, multi unit operations, and marketing.

GARTH BROWN

Born and raised in CN Hotels Garth found himself immersed in the hospitality industry at a young age. With over 25 years experience in markets from Calgary, Vancouver, and the USA, he now operates out of Halifax, NS. From fine dining to food trucks, the Juno Awards to Coachella - Garth specializes in concept development, event curation and execution, restaurant operations, and corporate training.
